Old hat, zone 4, cold climate garden blog.

What a mess.

For some reason, on or about the 15th the blog became totally messed up.  Nothing would work.  Every command threw an error.  Which in turned caused the 404 errors for the entire site to return a 200 okedoke which means if someone was looking for a file that is not on the domain the server software if fooled into thinking there is a file, which to my dismay was simply a page showing the errors.  Google could not authenticae the site.

What a mess. 

SO this is a new install and hopefully it will not fall apart.

I am totally at a loss as to what in the world happened to the files since no body of this end touched the files let alone posted since 13 July.

Hmmmmmmm.

Anyhoo we will just plug along and hope it holds together.

The good, no great news is the spell check is working and God knows I need that.

With everything going on at once, shows coming up, roof in studio leaking, seting up the bird cams on wildbirds.net and the total rewrite on that domain we will be hard pressed to make a note or two here.

Just relieved that all the data base was still there and the new install meshed like a glove.
